About

"I have been involved with the woodworking industry since 1980, where I started out as an apprentice woodworking machinist at the UK's largest window and door manufacturer of the time.

I obtained my City & Guilds full advanced craft in Wood Machining, aswell as being one of the first candidates to take and pass the City & Guilds CNC Wood Machining course. I first used a CNC Router back in 1987, long before CAD/CAM Technology was available - back then we used to program the long way: by pen and paper!

I started in tooling sales in 1989, before going on to work for the UK's largest manufacture of woodworking machinery, finally moving on to Germany's premier tooling supplier before establishing Hallam Woodworking in 1995.

The knowledge and experience that I have gained throughout my career is invaluable to me when dealing with my customers' needs."
